This year's theme is "Sex is not a weapon" and all the money raised during the event will go directly to MusicAid! During the event there will be held, amongsts other things, a self-defense course, lunch with a concert, various activities and lots of competitions where you can win fun prizes. Towards the evening there will be a live pod with entertaiment and mulledwine. While mature fields a marked by stability, defined roles, relationships, and rules, emerging fields are uncertain and ambiguous, without clarity about roles, relationship, or even the common interests. On the organizational level, previous studies have argued that institutional entrepreneurs have ‘piggybacked’ on legitimization mechanism from external fields to create new structure and legitimize new organizational forms, but know less about how the process shapes the trajectory of a field.
