Jönköping University are happy to welcome more than 3 000 new students, out of which 1 000 are international students, to a new semester!  

During the first two weeks you, as a new student, have the possibility to participate in "insparken". Insparken is a ten days long event full of fun icebreakers and team building activities that lets you get to know your classmates. Insparken is there to make sure that YOU feel that your period of study starts in a good way and to help you acquaint yourself with your new environment. 
Of course, participation is voluntary and there's no coercion.

SWEDEN AND AUSTRALIA - WHY WE MATTER TO EACH OTHER

On September 26, Jonathan Kenna, Australia's ambassador in Sweden, will hold a seminar at Jönköping University on the relationship between Sweden and Australia. He will talk about trade and investment relations between Sweden and Australia. Mr Kenna is senior officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). He has served overseas as Deputy Head of Mission, Bangkok and as Counsellor, Australia’s Permanent Mission to the World Trade Organisation, Geneva.
