Niousha Karimi is a graduate from Jönköping International Business School, with a master's degree in International Financial Analysis and a bachelor's in International Management. After graduation, she worked for one year in the management consulting industry and then applied and got accepted to the Volvo Cars Global Graduate Program, a program with hundreds of international applications, aiming to develop top talent to lead Volvo Cars' transformation in the future.
