Sometimes, studies (and life besides the studies) can get tricky, and you might find yourself struggling. Would you like to become stronger and boost your mental muscles? Come to a mental fitness workout where you will get to map up your life and receive valuable tips on how to be stronger mentally. You do not need to prepare or have workout clothes; just come as you are.
